Water Jet Cutting Process in the South East

Water jet cutted material Water jet cutted material

Our advanced Water jet cutting machine allows us to produce complex shapes, in a broad range of materials, to extremely tight tolerances. Producing a 0.8mm jet of water at 54,000 PSI, our Water jet cutting process allows us to cut intricate shapes to tolerances of +/- 0.2mm. Individual items may be cut to approximately 4 m x 3 m and to a depth of 200mm. If you require water jet cutting services in the South East, be sure to give us a call.

Materials and Volumes

A wide variety of materials may be cut by Waterjet, including steel, stainless steel, granite, wood, aluminium, plastic, Perspex, foam, carbon fibre, Kevlar and composite materials. Waterjet cutting can produce complex shapes unlike traditional methods of profiling. The water jet cutting process is available on various materials and volumes, so get in touch if you require more details.

Rapid Prototyping

The process is able to produce quantities quickly using a rapid prototyping which enables development work to full volume production in a short period of time. Regardless of quantity requirements, Waterjet is able to cost-effectively produce components to a consistent quality standard. Waterjet cutting produces no inherent material changes so, unlike laser cutting, there is no work-hardening of edges. Edges are left perfectly clean, without the need for further machining or labour-intensive finishing.
